Hanjie Jiang, Ph.D.

Hanjie is an assistant professor at the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research, Beijing and School of Basic Medical Sciences at Capital Medical University. Hanjie trained with Dr. Xiaoping Pu as a Master’s student at Peking University, and with Dr. Philip A. Cole as a Ph.D. student and postdoc at Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Medical School.

Shuqin Ji

Shuqin comes from Chongqing Medical University with a master's degree in Pathology and a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine and English. She joined the Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing Immunology Ph.D. program in 2024. In the Jiang Lab, she is dedicated to studying the body's immune system response and the interactions and mechanisms between its complex microenvironment during cancer development or other disease states. Outside of research, Shuqin enjoys climbing, hiking, painting, and crafting.

Junliu Huang

Junliu holds a master’s degree in biology from Minzu University of China. He joined the PhD program in Pathogenic Biology at Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing in 2024. His research interests focus on developing tools that harnesses E3 ubiquitin ligases to modulate cell functions. Outside the lab, Junliu enjoys playing badminton, singing and traveling!

Yu Qin

Yu holds a master's degree in Basic Medicine from Chongqing University and a bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from Henan University of Science and Technology. She joined the Jiang Lab in 2025, She is dedicated to the study of the regulatory mechanisms of protein ubiquitination. Outside of research, Yu enjoys photography and traveling.

Zhenyu Li

Zhenyu holds a master's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Chongqing Medical University and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Jilin University. He joined Jiang Lab in 2025, where his study focuses on elucidating the shared characteristics and distinctions among E3 ligases and exploring their potential applications. Outside of research, Zhenyu enjoys writing and handicrafts.

Xiaolin Wang

Xiaolin graduated from Peking Union Medical College and holds a bachelor's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Her research focuses on the discovery of novel therapeutics targeting UPS system. Outside the lab, Xiaolin enjoys swimming, cooking and traveling! -
